The Office Services Clerk will support our Tampa office in the day to day operations of the office facilities and services. This position requires interaction on a daily basis with attorneys and staff members throughout the Firm. It requires a team player that possesses high level of patience, tact and diplomacy in handling any complaints/situations.


  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages and special delivery items (i.e., record receipt/distribution, accept and sign for packages, scan, label, etc.).
  • Process outgoing mail according to Postal requirements
  • Handles all courier pickups and deliveries
  • Ensure the delivery of faxes/parcels in a timely manner
  • Escorts all vendor inside the office
  • Stocking and replenishing supplies, while keeping track of inventory
  • Assist Attorneys, Secretaries and Paralegals with various tasks which may include filing, printing, copying, scanning, and closing out files
  • Assist in the maintenance of all closed files
  • Record and file documents in the court system
  • Coordinate office set ups, moves, and assist with IT, Multimedia, Hospitality and Receptionist duties as needed including the movement of boxes and/or equipment
  • Advises Office Manager of maintenance and office equipment issues
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have valid Florida driver’s license and car insurance
  • Prior experience working in a law firm is a plus
  • Knowledge of postal equipment is a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must have reading and arithmetic skills
  • Must be able to lift approximately 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 2016 Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be punctual, meticulous and reliable
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize various assignments/projects simultaneously
  • Ability to interact professionally with attorneys, staff and clients
  • Ability to be self-motivated, confident and energetic
  • Flexibility to work overtime during the week and weekend as needed
