As the Maintenance Coordinator you will be responsible for Scheduling System maintenance’s for Residential and Commercial Customers. You will call vendors directly to place material orders- primarily filters and belts.
As the Maintenance Coordinator you are expected to Have a professional attitude at all times. You must be able to make spreadsheets on Excel, multi task as you will be handling mutiple things on a daily basis.
You will be responsible to keeping track of all the company vehicles and repairs as well as scheduling repairs when needed. You will need to update our system each Time a vehicle gets an oil change as well.
For the Receptionist you will be responsible for answering calls first, taking messages and transferring calls to the appropriate person.
This position requires someone who has the ability to handle a fast paced work environment. You will be the first person customers see when they come in our office so a Business casual attire is required.

The shift will start at 7:30am and end at 4:30pm Monday – Friday.
