TempExperts is seeking an Intake Administrative Coordinator to join a Government Agency in Tampa. This employee will be responsible for organizing Applicant Packets by collecting and organizing applicant information, and then working in support of the Case Manger by conducting follow-ups to gather any additional information or supporting documents needed.

This employee is needed to start immediately.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Utilizing and compiling information received from Customer Service team to create an application packet – submitting the packet to the Case Manager
  • Assisting the Case Manager with collecting additional information and supporting documents
  • Processing, scanning, and uploading supporting documents
  • Communicating with internal teams and external applicants via email and phone
  • Following up with applicants to ensure required paperwork is completed
  • Produce daily and weekly reports for the Case Management team

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Keen typist; able to type quickly and accurately
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Efficient multitasker – great with time management and follow-through
  • Extremely organized
