Full Job Description

Currently hiring for an administrative assistant at a Homeowners Association. This position will report directly to the board of directors, as well as the Licensed Community Association Manager. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to- greeting residents, processing mailings, entering data, and generally addressing resident concerns and assisting the manager. Relevant experience other than community association management:

  • Real estate admin
  • Title agency work
  • Apartment admin
  • condo/hoa law (admin work)
  • Anything relevant to housing, real estate, property management, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour


  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tampa, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)


  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)


  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)


  • Driver’s License (Preferred)
