This is an entry-level position within a team setting, working in a fast-paced, high volume wealth management practice located in the Tampa Bay area, recognized by the Financial Times as one of the top 400 Wealth Management Advisors in the industry. This is fantastic career opportunity for someone looking to get in on the ground floor of a dynamic, driven, and successful team of associates.

We are seeking an initiative-driven, detail-oriented individual with complex calendar management experience to support the Principal Advisor and his team. The role includes complex calendar scheduling for Principal Advisor and administrative support for the team.

This role is critical to the client experience and requires a high degree of follow-through, strong interpersonal skills, a strong sense of initiative and organizational capability.


  • Scheduler – manage multiple complex Advisor calendars using Outlook
  • Administrative support – printing, binding materials, managing supplies
  • Facilities – office supplies, organization
  • Client Relations – interacting with clients, maintain client files (physical and electronic), and client reports


  • Candidate must possess a Florida 2-15 Health, Life and Variable Annuities license or be willing to obtain within 6 months of hire
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook Calendar Management is required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – this position requires interaction with clients and joint-work representatives on a frequent basis
  • College Degree preferred but not required
  • Ability to handle detailed work with high degree of accuracy
