Service Manager (Student Property) – The Collier Companies (Tampa)

The Collier Companies, the largest private owner/operator of student-housing in the country, is seeking a Service Manager for our premier student property in Tampa, FL!

The selected candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance/Service Manager, or equivalent supervisory position
  • Student housing experience preferred
  • Self-starter who has the ability to design, implement and execute in-house projects
  • Strong knowledge in plumbing and appliances
  • Extremely organized and detail orientated
  • EPA and HVAC certified strongly preferred
  • Commitment to Emergency-On-Call participation a requirement
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize

The position is Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Some overtime will be required especially during August turnover season. Candidate must have basic tools and be able to pass basic maintenance test, drug testing and background checks will be performed.

Pay Rate is based on skill and experience. After 60 days, employee will receive benefits of paid vacation, Health, Dental, LTC, and group life insurance.
