Sales Consultant – Frontier Alliance Services (Clearwater)

FORECLOSURE DEFENSE & LOAN MODIFICATIONS

Busy Multi-State law firm is seeking dependable, presentable and articulate self-starters to handle Intake sales Interviews. Prior sales experience is mandatory. Functions will include but not be limited to: Initial Client interviews and intakes, identifying and writing a synopsis of Client goals, setting up written Service and Fee Agreement and/or Litigation Retainer Agreement when applicable, setting up Electronic Client Files, collecting of necessary documents, and discussing fees. The ideal candidate must possess a strong working knowledge of HAMP and other in-house loan modification programs, the foreclosure process and ability to collect proper documentation. Prior experience with real estate transactions, mortgage loan underwriting, mortgages and bank closing transactions is helpful. Candidate must be professional, articulate, polished, ambitious, detail-orientated and a great multi-tasker with superb organizational, customer service and time management skills. You must also be able to work independently and to function efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. Applicant must be patient and understanding with clients due to the sensitive nature of the hardships suffered. You must possess a genuine and sincere desire to help people save their homes from the possible risk of foreclosure. Applicant must possess the following credentials:

  • Must have strong ability to follow-up with clients on a consistent basis.
  • 1+ years prior experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office, Excel and G-Mail.
  • Strong sense of urgency about meeting challenging deadlines.
  • Fluent in English. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) A+.
