Here at S2 Groupe / Impacting Millions, we’re looking to hire a relationship concierge associate with impeccable communication skills who’s confident, reliable, and loves to work directly with other people.

Led by Selena Soo (a leading expert in online marketing and publicity), our company offers world-class online education programs and high-end coaching services to visionary entrepreneurs, experts, and authors.

Our mission is to help world-changing leaders build their brand, reach more people, and make an impact.

We’re seeking a relationship concierge associate to work directly with Selena and her core team and act as a primary point of contact for affiliate and media partners, select program participants, and VIP clients.

We’re looking for a friendly, encouraging personality who is highly organized, persistent in follow-through, can represent the brand well, and understands the value of building and maintaining professional relationships.

Among other things, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accountability support and encouragement for affiliate partners during our annual program launch
  • Writing emails and social media posts and making audio notes or videos, whether to communicate updates or cheer people on
  • Keeping track of the data and maintaining impeccable records of all partnerships and affiliate relationships
  • Introducing clients, students, affiliates, and media partners to each other and creating win-win relationships
  • Delivering important information, materials, resources, and messaging to affiliate partners and students in select programs
  • Taking notes on calls with students, partners and the media and updating the relevant spreadsheets
  • Gathering feedback from our clients, students, and partners to improve our programs, services, and offerings
  • Working with the team to help plan and execute events
  • Being a helpful point of contact for speakers, students, and partners at our events, making sure they have an incredible experience

The ideal candidate will have an interest in working with our company for a minimum of three years and sees this as a long-term career goal.

Part of the training will be provided by our current Affiliate Manager.

This is a remote position that requires occasional travel (estimated three to four live events per year).

Compensation starts at $20/hour.

For the first 60 days, the position requires an estimated 20-25 hours/week and pays hourly. After the first 60 days, we can explore more hours or even a full-time opportunity.
