Our growing Real Estate Brokerage is seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented, EXPERIENCED Real Estate Administrator to deliver exceptional customer service to our agents, front office support, professionalism, and technical savvy proficiencies.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • REQUIRED – Florida residential real estate experience in MFRMLS processes and procedures, as well as all “contract to close” activities
  • Demonstrated skills in maintaining CRM databases and lead management software
  • Social Media and Marketing experience, a plus
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Demonstrated experience with compiling data and creating mail merges
  • Confidence in presenting material to agents (new agent orientation; software training)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities throughout the day
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Initiative to troubleshoot and problem solve common issues
  • Desire to build working relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Commitment to growth and professional development
