NOW HIRING! Experienced Real Estate Assistant for Top Producing Real Estate Team

REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT perform a multitude of duties to support the real estate sales team. Duties includes, but not necessarily limited to:

  • Answer calls, take messages & schedule appointments
  • Prepare real estate paperwork & documents
  • Handle social media postings & advertising
  • Data entry & implement listings
  • Update information on MLS
  • Maintain database & CRM
  • Coordinate transaction process
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and can use a computer at a high level
  • Able to quickly learn and implement new technology
  • Attend weekly meetings
  • Assist agents with questions, especially new agents
  • Run errands on occasion

Real estate license is preferred. The ability & willingness to make cold calls during slow times is preferred. Scripts & training can be provided. A large social media following is a bonus. Must be able to multi task in a fast paced yet friendly environment. A multitude of training is FREE & readily available. This position requires a few (paid) hours on the weekend which can be worked remotely. We learn together, work together, play together & succeed together.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Salary: $10.00 to $15.00 /hour
