Property Admin Support – Carteret Management (Saint Petersburg)

THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION.

Small Apartment Community Needs Part TimeProperty Admin Support in the North Saint Petersburg | Pinellas Park area.

Part Time Admin:

* Answer Phones

* Process Work Orders for Residents

* Complete Work Orders and Inquire about completion

* Do Resident & Vendor Filing

* Keep track of projects and update manager on Admin Projects

* Assist Resident with property completing application

* Assist Manager with collecting leasing documents

* Show and lease vacant units

* Answer General Questions about the Apartment Community

* Dust down the office on a weekly basis

* Send out Letters to Current & Past Resident and place in files

* Maintain property and resident file confidentiality

* Must be extremely computer literate

* Tax Credit Experience helpful but not necessary

Applicant will be working on the property and must present a professional, pleasant and CAN-DO Attitude.

This position is Scheduled for:

Monday – Friday, 8am – 1pm.

OR

Monday 8am – 4pm

Wednesday 8am – 6:30 pm every other Wednesday

Friday 8am – 4pm

Average 25 hours per week.
