The Project Coordinator will support the efforts of the project management team in the execution of both small and large client projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Support project managers on large complex projects and assignments.

• Support project managers on interior renovations, and manufacturing support infrastructure projects.

• Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment.

• Prepare project management reports and account financials related to projects.

• Work with the Project Managers to ensure the projects are closed in timely manner.
• Work with the finance team to ensure all invoices are process and paid out in a timely manner.

• Manage all project documentation including contracts, budgets and schedules

• Demonstrating a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.

• Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required for assigned projects. If outside JLL demonstrate aptitude for learning new software programs.

• Assist in training and developing best practices for account team.

• Execute established process steps for managing projects on software platforms for both JLL and the client. This includes financial document management as well as industry standard project management processes.

• Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Associate or Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, strongly preferred

• 1 – 2 years of practical experience in a Project Administration/Accounting position, preferred

• Experience in Construction Management or Real Estate, preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Highly organized with strong analytical skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients

• Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Detail oriented

• Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Sharepoint and business intelligence software experience preferred.

• Accounting experience or previous real estate support roles for brokers or project managers preferred

• Knowledge of construction or commercial real estate industry preferred

• Other abilities
