Responsibilities

  • Assisting with all operational tasks within SkyView
  • Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
  • General office work including scanning, printing, answering calls and filing
  • Maintain company files and calendar
  • Maybe called upon to assist with special projects and assume responsibility for the development, administration, and promotion of specific projects, as required.
  • Works with department managers and other personnel to help keep the business running smoothly
  • Assist with and cultivate company culture
  • Creating and updating company schedule
  • Maintain a professional and friendly environment
  • Provides input into the SkyView Operating Plan
  • Coordinate moves/expansions as necessary
  • Weekly inspect the office space and order necessary repairs or recommend replacement/improvement when necessary.
  • Research available technology and recommend changes in equipment as necessary.
  • Setting up new workstations for new hires

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Prefer prior operation assisting experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
  • Have a high level of confidence and ability to take on new challenges
  • Ability to work in a high energy team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Real estate experience a plus
  • Real Estate management software (Yardi Systems, Sale force) is a plus
  • Basic IT, Hardware knowledge is a plus
  • Problem Solver
