On-Site Community Association Manager – Resource Property Management (Pinellas Park)

We are a premier, family owned and operated Community Association Management firm with main offices located in Pinellas County.

Immediate full-time opening for an experienced ONSITE Community Association Manager.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Excellent communication &customer service skills
  • Supervisory experience
  • Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Well versed in applicable Florida Statutes
  • Preparation of meeting notices, annual budget
  • Only those applicants with an active CAM license & experience as a Community Association Manager will be considered.
  • CMCA, AMS or PCAM designation and experience as a portfolio CAM would be a plus!
