The National Account Manager-Mortgage Real Estate Services , is responsible for the management of existing and prospective client relationships, will manage existing client transactions/seek to grow revenue with those clients, and look to add new revenue generating clients. Will oversee they day to day activities of assigned clients and prospects, act as the Subject Matter Expert when Enterprise Sales opportunities arise in areas of their expertise, and represent Radian at conferences/client events.Primary Duties:
1.) Manage assigned existing client relationships including overseeing current business and transactions, ensuring service levels meet client expectations, resolve issues, identify new revenue opportunities, meet regularly with clients to inform them of other products and services and ensure strong relationship.
2.)Manage pipeline of assigned and discovered prospects and seek to engage these potential clients in new business transactions by meeting with clients and listening to business issues to identify opportunities, present Company’s products and services that can resolve client issues or improve operating efficiency, close transactions and add client to current book of business.
3.)Support Enterprise Relationship Managers by providing subject matter expertise when meeting with Enterprise Sales clients.
3)Coordinate client events involving business leaders and arrange dinners, activities, and other entertainment that is of interest to the client. Keep events within the boundaries of the client’s corporate guidelines regarding entertainment. Ensure proper client coverage at the national and local conferences
