Legal Administrative Assistant – Hiregy (Tampa, FL)

About the Company:  Fast food restaurant chain seeks experienced Legal Administrative Assistant for Contract to Hire position.

Type: Contract to Hire.

Schedule:   M-F 8:00 – 5:00

Job Description:

  • Performs general administrative duties such as making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, ordering office supplies, reconciling invoices and setting up meetings.
  • Answers incoming calls, clarifies needs and independently responds when possible.
  • Prepares agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions for meetings.
  • Prepares confidential correspondence, reports and other complex documents.
  • Responds to routine external correspondence. Types memos, purchase requisitions, payment requests and other department forms and documents.
  • Supports other team members in assigned project based work.
  • Files, sends out certified letters, stores documents both onsite and in offsite storage.
  • Facilitates check requests for settlement agreements, ensures Affidavits are executed and returned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage others and establish rapport.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with all levels within the organization, and with guests, franchisees, and suppliers.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities, meet demanding deadlines, adjust to sudden changes in workflow, and maintain high quality standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think independently, take corrective action, and to resolve inquiries and requests for information.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, Guests and the general public.
  • Ability to maintain all job-related information in a confidential and private manner.
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Internet software.
  • Three to Five years’ experience with familiarity with real estate and legal terms.
  • CSR or convenience industry experience preferred.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Be comfortable to communicate with peers and groups of managers and general public.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor
