Harbor Group Management Company is a growing real estate investment/property management company headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia with over $ 3.6 billion in assets in multifamily residential, commercial, retail, hotel and industrial properties throughout the United States and abroad.  We are looking for and energetic and organized Apartment Leasing Specialist for our apartment community, River Gardens, located in Tampa FL.

 

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone with superior sales and closing skills.  We offer industry recognized training programs and growth opportunities.  We are really interested in meeting associates with apartment leasing experience.  Additional skills and abilities for our leasing consultant positions are listed below:

 

  • One-two years experience in conventional multifamily apartment leasing
  • Strong sales skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Superior lead management skills
  • Knowledge and experience with MRI a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • You need to be able to work some weekends
