Leasing Consultant – Benchmark Management Corporation (Seminole)

The Benchmark Group is accepting resumes for the position of Leasing Consultant at our Seminole apartment community.

In this customer service driven role you will be responsible for conducting tours with prospects, answering calls, entering maintenance work orders, replying to email leads, preparing leases, renewal processes and assisting the property manager with the day-to-day operation of the property.

Candidates should have 2 – 3 years of experience in property management or a similar industry such as hospitality or retail. Excellent customer service and sales skills required. Must be able to work Saturdays. Experience with Entrata a plus.
