Executive Assistant Floridays – Real Estate Brokered by eXp Realty (Dunedin)

Rapidly growing Real Estate company looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s Team Leaders. Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the list below & will be changing & evolving as our business continues to grow. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact among Team Leaders, Team Members, clients and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage Team Leaders’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Check in with Team Leader throughout the day
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system
  • Maintain & organize Open House calendar
  • Maintain & track database of SupraKey lockboxes & Post installations
  • Input new listings into SkySlope & MLSCreate,
  • Create, maintain, & update Social Media presence
  • Maintain accurate compliance records
  • Assist in Lead Generation platforms

Skills

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office, Google Drive, & computer knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • High School degree
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Real Estate experience preferred
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently
  • Ability to multi-task

Position will begin as part-time (20+ hours/week) and will gradually increase to a full-time position as Floridays continue to grow!

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $10.00 to $14.00 /hour

Experience:
