TAMPA, FL

Project Description:
This is for a TALENT ACQUISITION EVENT COORDINATOR.

Required Skills:

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience is MUST have, as well as EXECUTIVE PRESENCE.
* GREAT COMMUNICATION, ORGANIZATIONAL AND PRESENTATION SKILLS.
* Strong project management skills are desired.
* Calendar of events.
* Manage Events scorecard and ROI and work closely with TA team currently working in the functions that attract the talent we are seeking.
* Working with 3rd party partners to sign contracts, negotiate prices, and plan out footprint for each event.
* Play lead with internal team to determine number of attendees, order booth and materials, ship giveaways, arrange for leaders to attend and participate.
* Prep and debrief before and after every event.
* Schedule interviews via teleconference and face to face.
* Create an excellent candidate experience.
* Work with key stakeholders including: Diversity; Brand; Business Leaders; TA; University Relations and others to execute events strategy.
