Brokerage Coordinator (Agency Leasing) – Cushman and Wakefield (Tampa)

Responsible to coordinate and maintain the administrative support functions for the office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide marketing support and assistance in coordination with all aspects of the internal and external corporate marketing/branding of Cushman & Wakefield
  • Prepare general correspondence, memos, proposals, agreements, charts, tables, graphs, etc.
  • Creating/editing the content of marketing materials, flyers, corporate leasing proposals, case studies, qualifications booklets, email blasts, invitations, announcements, presentation boards, aerials, etc (using corporate standard templates)
  • Proofread copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes; responsible for accuracy and clarity of final product
  • Apply corporate image to all material and maintain consistency in appearance
  • Create and execute ideas for brokers and clients
  • Assist with the design, animation, and production of client presentations by utilizing multiple forms of graphics
  • Assist with proposal responses and pitches to include extensive writing and editing of company information, proposal text, and graphics
  • Experience with designing and executing marketing email workflows
  • Experience with lead generation – ranging from content creation to designing and implementing landing pages and developing and executing workflows
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing including SEO, keyword planning, Google Adwords, Weebly or similar website builder

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 years of marketing and administrative experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential information and highly sensitive issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
  • Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented
  • Superior organizational skills; sets priorities; meets deadlines; and carefully proofs own work
  • Ability to work in a stressful, deadline oriented environment
  • Upbeat, energetic, takes initiative, dependable, takes pride in work, and works well within a team

Physical Requirements

  • Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day
  • Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
  • Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
  • Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand
  • Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays
