Who are we looking for?

The Assistant MCA will be an individual that has moderate levels of assertiveness, sociability, and flexibility. They will not be a risk taker, but rather thorough and cautious in their actions/decisions with personal self-structure and a strong sense of urgency. They will proactively handle challenging people/situations, and be accommodating with a supportive attitude. They will have persistence, strong follow-up skills, and comfort with routine. They must be relaxed, steady, and work with methodical pace while using proof/facts and a high level of objectivity/impartiality in their actions and decision-making. They must have the ability to work with facts and technical information, have a strong attention to detail, be cooperative, and work “by the book.” They must establish and nurture personal relationships and must be comfortable with personal conflict that may arise. The individual must be an independent decision maker, self-sufficient, and self-directed in their activities. The Assistant MCA will assist the MCA in leveraging the Growth Initiative tools to share the Market Center’s achievements with staff and associates. They, and the other staff members, will assist the MCA with driving retention of the 80 percent of associates that the Team Leader is not directly responsible for retaining. A great candidate loves helping people and is also great at self-managing their “to do” list. This role is a mixture of customer service, college level accounting and technology support. When hiring Agents onto our Brokerage, the Asst. MCA will be responsible to roll out the red carpet and make their transition into our company a smooth one. An understanding of real estate and transactions would be a big plus. In addition to orientating our Agent Partners to the company, you will provide basic accounting and technology support in the office. It’s critical to be “tech savvy” as you would need to learn several platforms and support Agents transferring their business to our proprietary platform. A strong understanding of Google and Facebook would be a must.

What will you do?

  • Welcome Agents to our organization including setting up their business on our KW Platform
  • Perform daily accounting
