Assistant Community Manager

Community Manager needed for an apartment in the Tampa Bay Area.

****Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Excellent Customer Service and attention to curb appeal
  • Accountable for all property collections
  • Ensures that all Rents are collected when due and posted daily
  • Ensures lease files are completed and that the property is in performing effectively all times.
  • Maintain organized records on all aspects of management activity
  • Coordinating maintenance work orders, turns and property budget control
  • Addressing resident concerns in professional manner.

****POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 1 YEAR of property management experience
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Detailed orientated, effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Computer literate with both Word and Excel
  • Exceptional customer service abilities and have a team first attitude
