Administrative Assistant – Warren Averett (Tampa)

$40,000 – $50,000 a year

Only considering candidate that are a Florida Licensed Notary and living in the Tampa Bay area.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform many functions from a clerical and administrative stance
  • Organize files, perform scheduling, maintain calendars, greet visitors, answer phones, order supplies, read contracts, provide insight, make travel arrangements, and many more activities to keep the day-to-day moving
  • Work with MS Office Suite to maintain various company information such as contact databases
  • Prepare contracts and sale documents as needed
  • Attend internal and external meetings as needed

Skills:

  • Florida Licensed Notary
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Degree preferred
  • Strong MS Office Suite experience
  • Professional communication, demeanor, and presence
