Administrative Assistant

eNotaryLog is seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle duties for upper management. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative assignments, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. The Administrative Assistant ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Administrative Assistant responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
  • Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
  • Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
  • Respond to questions and requests for information
  • Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Perform research as directed by management
  • Schedule activities as directed by management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Administrative Assistant Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (QuickBooks etc.)
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing assignments in a timely manner

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00 to $37,500.00 /year
