Administrative Assistant – Leading Edge (Clearwater)


SUMMARY: Provide administrative support and assist the Manager. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project-based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.


1. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.

2. Meet and greet clients.

3. Provide and assist clients with policy forms.

4. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office and Excel.

5. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing,

mailing, and filing.

6. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.

7. Research, price, and purchase supplies and services.

8. Maintain office and client inventory.

9. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.

10. Support staff in assigned project based work.

11. Communication via phone and email to clients.

12. Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour
